The young men were very helpful and careful. They moved at a great pace and showed care and concern.

The two young men were very pleasant and professional.
My office person Anna was great. Explained all items about the move. When I couldn’t find Anna’s number I missed placed a person from your Southfield office helped me. Excellent care.

The female that answered the phone was very helpful and kind. The gentleman that moved my belongs went above and beyond, and were professional and kind. I believe there last names were Haley and Warren. Thank you for everything.

I was overall happy with my moving experience. My movers were on time and got to work right away. They were efficient and set up things in my new home as desired. The only issue I have is that while unpacking I discovered that the movers left a clothes rack at my old apartment in the basement storage area. I had to go back to pick it up myself a couple days later and discovered one area was cracked. It’s still useable just not 100%.

Needed help moving heavy refrigerator and your was the only service we could find. Thank you!

Very professional, courteous, and competent service.

Totally unprofessional, the 2 gentlemen were very slow and complaining that they thought they had a short day but got dispatched to this job. They left the dresser mirror leaning against the wall, the book case shelving in the corner, the wrapping film in the middle of the floor. They tried to fit a large couch in the elevator but couldn't , they asked me what I wanted to do with it, I got permission from Sunrise to place it by the dumpster on the way out (300 ft from the entrance), I asked the 2 gentlemen if they could take it out of the main lobby and place it by the dumpster, they said OK. I signed the receipt and left the room for a few minutes, they left without finishing the job and left the big couch in the lobby of Sunrise senior living. It took me 2 hours to clean up their mess

This move with Two Men and a Truck was the best and easiest move we have ever made. I'm 74 & a veteran so that covers a lot of moves! The moving team went above and beyond to do everything right. There were absolutely no problems.
