Great guys, worked efficiently and were super nice.

When we booked the movers we told the office what we had to move. On day of move I was told that they only booked 4 hours to move and that they might not be able to get it all done. I personally had to help move all the boxes in and out of the truck to get it all done in time. 5 hours later we were able to get it done. Someone from the office came but did not offer any help. The reason we wanted a moving company is because we did not want to move all the boxes specially because I have a bad back. So after busting my back trying to get it all done I was still charged over $700 for the move. the part that got me was the $125 charge for driving 5 blocks down the road. That comes to over $300 an hour. The guys were nice but am disappointed with the overall experience and the outcome.

I appreciate the reliability of the moving crews, their timeliness and happy and friendly demeanor. However, I think that a good experience could have been excellent if TMAAT would make it a habit to put down floor coverings. In snowy, rainy weather the dirt that is tracked into the house is just horrible. Asking the men to put on booties every time they come into the house is just not reasonable, but floor coverings are a must.

I booked 2 Men through the Troy MI office and lucked out, getting the team of Corey and Derrick. They were punctual, polite, careful and meticulous. Couldnandacirc;??t ask for better service, Iandacirc;??ll ask for them next time!

The moving crew was courteous and timely. They carefully wrapped the wood pieces. Loading unloading seemed awkward - did not bring protection for carpet from wet snow

I just moved into my apartment on Tuesday after everything was moved Friday and Iandacirc;??ve continually noticed more and more damage to furniture my microwave I have a man coming out on Wednesday to supposedly fix something thatandacirc;??s not fixable I spent over $550 end it seemed as though one of them had never done it before they didnandacirc;??t wrap and pad my furniture as promised they only shrink-wrapped five pieces skews me four pieces of furniture they didnandacirc;??t protect anything and I was promised on the phone twice that everything would be shrink-wrapped and patted and I have antique furniture I am disgusted Christine Cameron

Both guys worked very hard and did a outstanding job.

Movers dropped and damaged my property.
Mover (Colin) did not introduce himself was not personable by any means
Mover (Jamal) referred to mover #1 in a demeaning manor to customer and lack professionalism
Brianna overestimated job to make more money off the customer.

Moving is stressful, but with Two Men andamp; a Truck it was a breeze. Devontae and Hailey (spelling?) worked hard and they were as quick as they could be. I liked how well they wrapped my furniture. They were careful and answered my questions. Thank you to those two for working so hard!

Prior to my move while packing I was searching for the four part boxes used to pack pictures. Your main office had the best prices and was immensely helpful particularly when I went there in person to pick them up.
My andquot;Two Menandquot; were Ronnie and Jacob. I want them again in April when I move my furniture back to my home from storage. Every helpful thing everyone did made moving my furniture to temporary storage much less stressful than it otherwise likely would have been.
