Biggest problem was reaching the office. That was a pain - no one ever answers the phone...must leave a number and wait for callback. I had tried to schedule something the previous week...called two offices; this one and Troy. Never heard back.
The following week, this office called back, and we were able to schedule Saturday afternoon. The drivers showed up early. Both guys were very nice, VERY professional. Enjoyed working with them both.

Not satisfied with the service. Rushed job because co worker not available to assist. Excuses!
Damaged property: mirror cracked, leg broken on dresser and snag on reclining chair.

Overall great service. Jerid was very courteous and helpful. He pointed out damage that he and his partner had done (large chip of wood off of dresser leg) I sent photos to him, but don't have a status update on when the repair will be made?

All I can say is andquot;Wow!andquot; Jamaal and Durrel were punctual-they showed up ON TIME; they were courteous and polite; they were respectful and professional. Two Men and a Truck should clone them... and give them a raise! They worked HARD and FAST!
These young men treated my family and our furniture (some of it heavy) with such respect. They were very careful.
Because of Jamaal and Durrel, I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck in the future, and I will recommend TMAAT to others.

I am so grateful that I found and used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! It was not that big of a local move for my Mom, just a few pieces of furniture to go to her Assisted Living apartment. But moves are still stressful and stuff had to be carried down the stairs! Chris and Damian made it look easy and were so polite and professional. They knew what they were doing, and took great care. They were fast and efficient. My anxieties vanished and all was well. Best move ever!!!!
