The two movers were slow and did not have time to move all our things as we only had the elevators booked for 4 hours. They showed up 30 min later than stated on the invoice. After unloading half of the things one of them got fired over the phone. He stood outside in front of neighbors kids cursing and yelling at his boss over the phone. We argued with him not to leave with our things, he closed up the truck and was going to take off with them. They ended up moving the rest into the hallway, we had to carry everything to the rooms they were going to. THEY DAMAGED A LOT OF OUR THINGS! At first they made attempts to help, the repair man could not fix everything. Have not heard from them for weeks. No compensation. Keep finding more damaged items. No one is returning my calls.

My moving team was efficient and had to work in super hot weather on the delivery end. I was disappointed in some of the packing of my belongings. A couple of items were damaged because the items were not wrapped with blankets. I wish I would have been more in their way on the packing side to make sure my belongings were covered. The tie down straps were responsible for the damage to my items. Note to movers: Please make sure for others that you are covering items with blankets that are going to be rubbing against the tie downs.

Movers were nice. They broke a dresser and gauged a wall coming up from the basement. I called the office twice to ask what to do with the wall but nobody ever called me back and never heard how the dresser was going to handled. I talked to a woman the first ti,e and she said a manager would call right back but of course never did.

Damage to furniture pieces as well as damage to home where furniture was removed from. Large and deep stretches in hardwood flooring I had to pay a lot for to have fixed. Will be leaving review online too. Guys were very nice however went on a lunch break for an hour and charged me for it. Not using or recommending Two Men and a Truck again

The office staff was excellent. The movers were courteous.
However, after moving items out of my apartment, I stopped by my ATM on the way to my new home and took out money because I did not have ANY in my purse. I arrived to my new home at 12:30p.m. And the movers had just arrived with their truck to unload my belongings. I set my purse by the front door. At 2:15p.m. I went to my purse to retrieve money to tip them. $60 was missing.

The movers were extremely friendly and professional. We unfortunately had a incident where our tv broke during the move. Even though the situation was upsetting to us the movers and office staff were so professional about it and understanding. I still highly recommend this company because the professionalism. Will 100% use them again.

The truck showed up later than schedule cause driver said office give him wrong order of 1st and 2nd stop. Wood furniture has several cracks after reassembly, several small damages were made to the house's wall and curtains during moving.
the carpet protecting shield cover is not working cause it only covers a small footprint of all the places workers stepped onto.

The movers were super nice and That is the only reason I provided a small tip. Unfortunately, they dropped my furniture. They even dropped while I was on the phone with a rep. After leaving and I was setting up I noticed so many scratches and knicks on my furniture that used to be in excellent condition. My bed has screws coming out of it, which I scratched myself on. I am not sure why he replaced the screws this way. Both movers had been employed under 4 weeks and they should not pair two new staff- organization fault. In sharing my concerns I’ve received poor customer service with lack of follow up from emails, etc. This is 180 degree difference than my last experience. I’m super disappointed and unhappy and would not recommend this company to anyone. I’m hoping this can be resolved.
