Left scratches on my wood floors from the wheels on the dolly whic we can remove. Filed a claim but so far no one has come out. Left all their materials and had to come back to pick up. Original office person never told me that they could not drive on grass especially when I had to reschedule because the grass was too wet to drive on.

Movers were great. Fast but cautious. The day was full of thank you and you're welcome. kept both houses clean. Nice and cheerful. Completed on time.

The experience from the phone call was helpful with detailed questions about what size truck I would need and thourough. The men that arrived were very friendly, asked questions about the furniture and took care of it. They moved fast, and efficient. Not once did I ever feel taken advantage of. I was even able to keep my costs reasonable for me
