All in all, I was happy to have my furniture moved for the price it cost. The office staff was great, however the movers were not excellent. They did what was necessary, but only what was necessary. I ended up helping them out quite a bit to keep them moving. Seems like they tired easily and there was quite a bit of standing around and discussing. I do have compassion because i know it is not an easy job but i do still expect some professionalism and drive. One of the movers was sick and spent quite a bit of time locked up in the restroom, plugged the toilet, and left a mess. not really his fault. These things happened. The other mover just kind of stood around waiting while this was going on. Also backed truck onto my yard and broke sprinkler head and left ruts in the sod.

Everything was great except a crack in the mirror which can be repaired- was told an adjuster would call me Monday which now being Tuesday- still waiting.

The two young guys who came to move me were very nice and did the job fast. They were very friendly and helpful with the move. When we got to the location once again they moved along rather quickly. I had a couple minor damages that were easy to fix. I expected some damages you are going to get them no matter how careful you are. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a moving company. I am only sorry I didn't have cash on me to give to the movers for a tip.

We were more than satisfied with the moving crew that we had, we had a lot of heavy things in our basement and it had to go to the basement in our new home they were very careful and seamed to care about our property. They had one mishap they bumped the wall when they we taking a heavy cabinet to the basement it damaged the wall, the damage is being repaired by Dave who also seams to care about our property . Overall we are completely satisfied with your service would recommend you to friends and relatives. Thank you for making our move as easy as it could have been.

Only 2 men unloaded 2 trucks so my husband and I helped. After they left and we were arranging our household my dining cloth chairs were all grease, my new shampooer was broke, small magazine table leg was broke. Big digs in my bookcase, not to mention I'm still finding things that were damaged. Record player stand doors are James as well as the tv stand doors no longer close properly. I am so disappointed with this company after paying $10,000. dollars to be moved plus giving them a generous tip I just can't believe you would send only 2 people to unload us and to have my things miss treated I surely will not be recommending this company.

They showed up on time and got the job done in the expected time of 3 hours, this was the good part of the move. There are multiple pieces of damage on EVERY piece of furniture, this was entirely unacceptable. I raised this issue to management and any resolution is still TBD. In hindsight, I should have spent twice the money on a company that wouldn’t have damaged every single piece of furniture that they touched.

MISSING 1 or two boxes that were first loaded. Very important. Will call.

After hearing good reviews I was excited to utilize your services, so you can imagine my shock after the horrendous experience I had with your company. I had packed all of my boxes up in my garage to make the experience run smoothly. Upon arrival, they took a long time assessing the distance from garage to truck...and then proceeded to move at a glacial pace carrying one small item at a time. The loading of the truck took so long that upon arrival to the new location the quoted time had expired and so my stuff was quickly dropped off. I was told about tipping THREE times during the move, so I felt I had to tip even though I felt the process was lengthened in order to accrue more money. Needless to say, I won’t be utilizing your services again and those movers should be embarrassed.

We needed loading only service for an international shipping container to be loaded up. I told the lady on the phone that we got the container free for 1 hour but had to pay an hourly rate after that. Because of this, she said to schedule it at 8am to be dropped off since that would be the first job of the day and the guys would be there just about at 8. We paid extra to have this done through the container, and then the guys did not get there until 8:50, causing us to start off right away paying extra money. Very frustrating as we would have just not paid extra to have it dropped early as told to. I understand about the window but this is what I was told. Guys did a great job hustling after that. One of them was moving a piece of furniture in its side against the ground but rest was ok.

We particularly liked our two movers (Anthony and Donovan). They were prompt, courteous, careful, and efficient. We couldn't have asked for more.
