I am so very satisfied with my two experiences moving items w/ Two Men and a Truck that I will be scheduling another move in January.

I was charged more than quoted. The moving team were polite but moved slower than a snails pace.

Too many cigarette breaks. Work completed at a much slower pace compared to 2 previous moving companies hired. Lots of standing around talking in between pieces moved. Workers left for 1 hour and 15 minutes for lunch and attempted to only deduct 45 minutes on the bill, when confronted with this discrepancy, one worker asked if I was counting their driving time for their lunch (seriously?).

Comments on my move 21 Nov., 19- I would have appreciated a call/ text that 2 Men were or had loaded my boxes, and were in transit to drop off location, instead of calling from drop-off location, and having to hurry, to store boxes!

Great experience with the 2 young men who assisted with my move. They were courteous, fast and very helpful. My move was completed in 3 hours.

The packers and movers were pleasant. However, wrapping tins of spices in paper while leaving fragile Christmas ornaments unwrapped was puzzling. Boxes weren't all labeled the same way and numerous boxes were moved into the wrong room (Bedroom #2 put in kitchen). A wet Swiffer refill that was open was packed sideways and leaked throughout the box. I believe the estimate was appropriate, but packing not completed on day 1 put us behind, causing the need for an extra day. Dave wanted to charge us a minimal rate for the third day but it wasn't communicated to the driver, who wanted to charge more than 3 times what I was told. Dave didn't return my call until much later, and said he would only charge me for the boxes ($28). I asked how I would pay and he said he'd waive that, as well.

Bottom line - mistakes happen. Large mistakes should have been avoided. When I first spoke to Dave, if he would have said day 3 was no charge, it would have been much less stressful. It took two days for him to say that.

I spoke with Austin and he answered all my questions and gave me some tips to prepare for the movers.
Gordon and Jerell were awesome! They confirmed what needed to be moved, wrapped up large items nicely and seem to handle my things with care. They worked quickly and finished under the original quote time. Very happy for the service and peace of mind
