It was not emphasized when scheduling the move, that the movers will only move items in a covered box or box with a lid. I understand that things can be damaged in the truck, but why can't unbreakable items such as towels, clothes, shoes, etc be moved in a large, tied plastic garbage bag? Ironically, I had packed 3 corningware dishes in a sealed, see through container and they were all broken (they were each individually wrapped in bubble wrap). In addition, a wooden bowI and a wooden nightstand were damaged. I called the Fraser office the day after my scheduled move, to inform them that an item was missing and others were broken. I called two consecutive days, each time I was told they would call back. As of February 1st, no return call was received. I was charged over $1,100 for this move and myself/friends did as much "moving" as the Two men and a Truck movers. I can't emphasize how disappointed I am with your company. My previous experience was absolutely wonderful. Your brand is "Two Men and a Truck. Movers Who Care" It definitely did not apply to me. I would appreciate a response, but from previous experience, I am not expecting one. Very dissatisfied!

I mistakenly gave the wrong address. The men called me to say no one was answering. I was able to direct them to the correct building. They saved the day by being patient with me and not just leaving. A million thank you!

The guys that serviced me were awesome. Very responsible with my furniture, timely with the move and extremely helpful and courteous. They did a great job and I would use that same team again!

I had a great experience with making arrangements for the move with Jackie and with the 2 moving guys (Jason and his partner). Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable about any questions I had. The movers took extra good care of my moms furniture by wrapping all the furniture in plastic wrap so it didn’t get damaged or dirty. Very impressed!!!!
