I was extremely disappointed with my move. I guess there is a rule that everything must be in a closed box, which I was not informed of prior to the move date, but it was held to a ridiculous degree. The movers wouldn’t take things like a microwave, box fans, and furniture- things which it seems unreasonable to try to box up.

Marcus, Ron and Shawn did a great job moving my girlfriends stuff out of her condo and into a storage unit they were very careful with all of the furniture and belongings and boxes of glassware. They were also very friendly .

Austin and his team of movers were excellent. They handled all of my mother's belonging with care. They were strong AND smart. We were never worried with them moving any of the heavy, awkward pieces. The whole team was friendly and positive. Austin made sure we knew step-by-step what was happening. We couldn't be happier with the experience! In fact, we asked for them by name for a second move.

Our moving team was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and communicated well. They were careful with our belongings and also very careful not to bump or scratch walls or doorways.
The office staff was very helpful and friendly.
The only disappointment with the company was the huge fuel surcharge fee for moving less than 3 miles. This should be adjusted per mileage and not a flat rate.

Crew were hard workers and were very thorough in inspecting furniture before moving. One item had damage which they pointed out before handling. Also, walked through "paperwork" (via iPad) in detail, so I fully understood what I was signing.

Donald and Terry were awesome they were on time very professional before the moving process began the explained the whole process to me. They were very attentive in moving and securing my things. I was very happy the experience gave me a peace of mind. Well worth the expense. I would definitely inquire their services again.
