I am a return customer, but it had been 17 years, so I wasn’t sure if the service would still be as good. I was not disappointed. Your whole team works like a well oiled machine. Friendly, courteous, professional and great communication. The movers were careful and fast.

The office team did not let me know that there would be a window of time for arrival so I did not plan for that in my day causing everything that I needed to get done to run behind 2 hours. I was told on the day I called to book that the pickup was set and I should expect another representative to call me to followup. I asked specifically if the pick up was all set even thought it was not.

We apologize if there was any misunderstanding as to time of arrival. We do try to be as diligent as possible however, it does happen that traffic or weather or other extenuating circumstances may delay a truck for whatever reason. Again, we apologize and please know that generally our trucks run very timely. Thank you for sharing your concern with us and we will address it to the best of our ability. Thank you again!
