I have nothing but praise for the two gentleman who moved our furniture, they were exceptionally polite and overly careful to not damage our old/new walls/furniture.
However, I had mixed experiences with the office staff, which I looked past. One woman seemed incredibly bothered to have had to take my call, while one of the gentleman was incredibly helpful, jolly, and a pleasure to speak with!

The move could not have gone any better than it did.
The customer service people were in frequent communication with me. The movers showed up two hours early--after receiving permission from me to arrive early--, and everything was transferred in 26 minutes. Truly hyper efficient.

On the phone Austin was knowledgeable and inspired confidence. I was not able to be on site on the day of the move and there was a glitch. The office person who called me to address it was conscientious and helpful. I'm especially pleased that the cost of this move came out on the low side of the estimate, i.e. the movers did their work on time and efficiently.

I've never used a moving company before. Our last move I hurt my back so I didn't want that to happen again. The quote was a bit out of my price range, but I was able to move all little things on my own and left the heavy, bulky items for your team. This cut cost down and it was totally worth it! Your team was great. Fast, efficient and great to work with!
