We are absolutely 5 star happy with the movers we had! They were courteous, careful, friendly and fun to interact with. They were sweet to our aging dog as well. They moved us last Thursday. I had planned to do the review before that week ended however our 13 1/2 year old dog passed and I’ve been devastated. Please let those wonderful young men know that’s why my review was delayed. Thank you!

My move went very smooth! I appreciate all of the help from the office too. I had to be at the drop off point by a certain time and you helped make that possible. The guys were great, very friendly. I could not have been more pleased!!

We really enjoyed using two men and a truck. I would recommend them to a friend. Our movers (Jeff and Terry) were really good and they worked well together. I was impressed by their communication with each other!

Your “men” refused to bring my entertainment center because they claimed that there was mold on it, it was wax. In fact, they claimed the whole unit had mold in it, when in fact, it was spray insulation. I could not check it as I was healing from a broken leg. Because they would not bring the entertainment center, this cost me another months rent on that unit of $241.

I'm sorry that you had a negative experience in terms of that piece of furniture. We do give the guys autonomy in terms of what they can and cannot move due to safety reasons. If you'd have let us know sooner, we could have taken a look at it and possibly made it right for you! I apologize again that we did not exceed your expectations!

Our move was a bit complicated as we had to do it in 2 phases. The office team and the moving team were great with communicating thru-out the whole process and made us feel confident that everything would work out as planned.
The moving team was very upbeat...even coming back on a Monday morning and made our whole move feel seamless.

We were very satisfied with the team that moved our bedroom furniture back into our bedroom, they didn’t just move the furniture they had to put it back together which was not a simple thing and they did it quickly, we were amazed and very happy. Great job guys!!!
