My moving team, Marcus and Brad, were true professionals. They were very organized and efficient throughout the moving process, and very personable (a rare quality in the current service industry). I appreciated the care and caution they used while moving furniture from my old residence, making sure not to mar or damage drywall or flooring, for the new owner. The office team was also helpful to me while choosing moving materials and offered assistance with carrying them to my vehicle. My overall experience with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was very positive.

I used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK before and the move and it was great. I guess this time because of using them before I did not go back in a check if they had gotten everything, my mistake. I asked if the got the items from hall closet they said yes and asked if they got everything from my bedroom closet they said yes, they did not I had to hire another moving company and it cost me $900. I will never use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again, and have told all my friends not to use them. I am very disappointed. Joann Cullen

Very pleased with the team of MJ and DP. The two men were personal and had good experience (very efficient). Will be moving again in the near future and will definitely request MJ and DP as our movers.

The truck was too small, so they didn't move all of my belongings. This is not good. I wanted to be done in one day and had to move all the rest of my things by myself. They did not offer to make it right. They said they couldn't make two trips. They left the legs of my sofa at my old house and didn't offer to make that right either. They were nice, but seemed to want to be done early. And they didn't care about the details. The girl who ordered the small truck was way off too. And it was expensive.

These gentlemen worked very hard and were very courteous and accommodating. Changes were made as to where things would go and it was always no problem. Several pieces didn't fit where I wanted, so they changed direction went to another area of the home. Only little issue was the grandfather clock was placed in front of a wall plug which then couldn't be used and something I didn't notice. It only needed to be moved a half inch, but something they may want to take note of when placing furniture and ask about. Overall they were awesome!

I was happy to have a company that is willing to move furniture around in your home. To be able to discard of old furniture or deliver to a charity is a great service. They arrived here 2 1/2 hrs later than I thought they would and I was concerned about paying for a truck sitting in traffic. I made the appointment early enough to avoid the known traffic jam in my area and yet they arrived later and I was concerned about the charges. They guys got here and finished in under an hour; so we were very pleased!

Moving staff very friendly. Appreciated that they took great care not to track mud into the apartment. It had rained and unfortunately a puddle had developed right outside the door. They made sure they found something to cover the puddle so the trolley wheels did not go through mud and track in in to the carpet. Nice to be so thoughtful!
