The movers were great. We were not aware that they could not but put the bed back together that we took apart to save time. That was disappointing but they were very kind.

<div>Hi Nicholas,<br/>Our typical move includes disassembling and reassembling furniture, however when the piece is disassembled prior to us getting there is it difficult for us to reassemble. Without seeing how the piece came apart, it would take the guys a much longer time to get the pieces together which is the reasoning for this "rule". I do realize that we could have mentioned it to you and made the move day a little easier, so I do apologize for that. Thank you for the kind and constructive review.</div>

Great experience with a very professional moving team.They actually seemed to enjoy lugging heavy items and many many boxes around. They were very hard working andamp; cheerful through the whole day and accommodated special request to move a piece of furniture for example With good humor. Staff estimates for costs of moving andamp; boxes were very accurate andamp; delivery of boxes, tape andamp; paper is a lifesaver! Our moving day was smoother than I ever thought it could be. It would be nice to have some tall, thin boxes for some oddball items.

I have used Two Men and a Truck many times in the past with great satisfaction. This last experience was not like the others because the driver for this move started by telling me that he was going to count the items and they were hired to move 98 so they were going to tag 98 items. I was moving for my job and did not have any time to tell him that if that was the case he could just leave it all and I would find another vendor. In the past the teams were easy to deal with and I have always referred anyone that needed movers to use Two Men. This last experience has changed my feelings for your company and I will not exclusively use Two Men in the future. Having said all of this, most of my stuff did get moved and I did tip they team. The second guy was easier to deal with.

I really was pleased with the movers they were very nice and professional, but one of the movers may have broken/damaged my $1500 heat press machine. i will not know the damage until i unpack after March 19th and call Geo knight to come out and service the machine.

Quick response for estimate appointment. Great customer Service. Always available to answer any questions when I called. Easy, stress free process. Moving team arrived on time and called ahead. Moving team was courteous and extremely careful regarding our belongings and helpful in our requests for where things should go. Great Positive attitude by all who we encountered through our moving process. Will definitely use them for our next move! Thank You!!!
