Service was very good, but slight damage to furniture item moved. Office staff said they will send someone to fix it, so was pleased to see how easy it was to get resolution. Someone contacted me the next day to set up an appointment. Would use this company again. Movers were very friendly and professional.

Movers were very pleasant, eager and accomodating. It was a pleasure working with all of the 3 guys. In fact they were better than the initial phone call. Specifically, the initial call was somewhat mechanical as they went through the inventory of my house piece by piece. While I was put off with the long tedious process ( I thought I should be able to say 5 room, a basement), their detailed approach proved true relative to time and effort needed to accomplish the move. Although it was more expensive than what I anticipated, I would gladly use them again.

My first time using movers, Iandacirc;??ve always moved myself. I probably wonandacirc;??t use movers again because of how expensive it was. Iandacirc;??m overall satisfied with my movers except for the reassembly of my furniture. None of it was done properly leaving several bolts very loose especially my dining room table.

Slightly unhappy with packing day. They spent left our house at 4:15 the day of packing and left much unpacked. Move day was much longer because they were packing while they moved. My wife and I moved a lot of stuff on our own and the final charges were still higher than the estimate. The guys doing the move were great and worked hard but could have been more efficient.
