My fiancé has already submitted an email to customer service but hasn't heard back yet. We moved on May 26th from Lake Orion MI to Washington Township. We hadn't actaully set foot in the basement after the movers brought in our washer and dryer until yesterday because they are not getting hooked up (gas line needs to be ran) until Monday, June 4th. Only reason we stumbled across the damage was while giving a house tour to family members. The top of BOTH of our appliances have dents towards the front, with the dryer being way worse than the washer. When glancing at the appliances it is immediately noticeable and I doubt the movers didn't notice the damage they inflicted. We have several pictures we would like to submit but there is no option here.

The move came off without a hitch. The guys were on time, didn't waste time, were careful with our belongings and arranged it at the destination and were on their way. Great experience.

My movers were excellent. Very efficient and good attitudes even with the terrible heat.

The crew was very professional and took care in the move. I would strongly recommend them.

I felt like I only had 1 man and a truck. The one guy who said he’d been doing this for over 20 years was lazy making the new guy to do all of the work. He took several smoke and phone breaks during the 3 hours he was there. I had moved 2 years prior with the same amount of stuff and it took half of the time to move. I feel like I have been over charged for substandard work. I will not be using your service again and will contact the home office.

Joe and Jerry made my move stress-free. I would recommend them to anybody.

I have used two men and a truck before, was very happy with that move and this move was just as good, the two fellows are very helpful shown us what they were doing I do like that they wrap the furniture to protect it if I should move the third time I certainly will use two men and a truck

Had we not been with the truck Office gave right St. Add. Wrong complex name. It WAS repeated 3 times because of complex long name.

Love this company! Would not hire any other moving company. They have supplies if you need them and are very professional.
