Movers were professional, polite and very accommodating

The movers did a great job. They made a difficult move go smoothly.

The gentlemen were polite but slow. Within the first 2 hours both took a smoke break, sitting inside the back of the truck with the contents of my home & smoked cigarettes while checking their phone. They opened all doors to my house & garage so the cigarette smoke traveled into my home. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke & didn't appreciate nor expect this unacceptable behavior.

The price I was quoted was WAY OFF and the movers were so slow we finally told them to stop, & moved the rest ourselves.

They took a door off in my new home & didn't put it back on.

I felt pressured at the end to give the movers a tip, which I refused.

I spoke with customer service regarding my experience & never heard back. This is not the level of service I expected. Horrible experience.

My computer worked before the move and 1 hour later my hard drive would not turn on. I took the hard drive to my computer store and the employee said the box was dented or dropped. CNC Computer had to take the hard drive apart and reconnect the shorted wires to get it working again. cost for the repair was $60. Otherwise all other boxes arrived okay.

Great guys that moved us. Very polite and did their work like they one person instead of two!

The movers went beyond my expectation in the way they handled my move.

I needed to move furniture out of a storage unit in a very short time frame. The move was scheduled for the next day. The movers were polite and very careful in moving my furniture- which was not necessarily valuable but was from my late parents, so very important to me. The move was done in less time than estimated and I was very happy with the experience.

I have used two men and a truck several times in the past and once again they have done an excellent job The movers are courteous and extremely careful with all my possessions thank you once again you take the stress out of moving !!

Mike was terrific. Was on time. Explained everything. Was fast and efficient. Will use again.
