For the most part, the first group of movers did an ok job, and they were polite. But they did not introduce themselves. However, there was one young man in this group that decided that he was in charge, and he refused to try the suggestion I had in order to get the remaining furniture moved in to the apartment. The second group of men that came out the next day to finish moving the furniture into the apartment did an amazing job. They were professional and very polite. They came prepared with the needed supplies, listened to the suggestion I had and implemented it.

We don't normally hoist furniture over railings and therefore the first team did not have the items to do so. We always strive to make the customer happy so the second crew we sent knew ahead of time to bring necessary equipment to accommodate your needs. In the end, we are happy to have been able to complete the job for you.</div>

Move was done in a very timely manner, but they didn't move several things that I had pointed out in the beginning. I couldn't make it to the final walk through since I had to be at the new house to meet the plumber and AT&T,though my wife was there and she didn't really know either to point it out. All in all I am very happy with the service and the three guys that did the work.

Even though I received a reasonable quote, I was disappointed that my 2 mile/5 minute move was still charged such a high price for gas & location. I will recommend but I will make others aware of your unwillingness to negotiate a better quote for gas....seriously it was a 5 minute move!!!

My ratings would all be excellent except furniture was damaged. Within 36 hours of informing the office, a gentlemen came out to evaluate it and fixed it on the spot. The movers worked hard, mistakes happen. The recovery was excellent and that alone was great. Backing up your work and reputation is invaluable.
