One minor criticism: we had 2 stops and the guys got confused about which stuff went where. It seemed like their system of marking 1st and 2nd stops broke down. It really only made more work for them since my person on this end at the first stop didn't have the lists. I was sorry they had to carry so much stuff back and forth in the heat.
