Hired to move my home including a piano (which was described to estimator), when movers showed up they said they can't move my piano due to its size. They also showed up with no TV boxes even though I requested them and gave TV sizes to estimator. Called office received no help and caustic responses. Had to be out that day due to sale of home and hired others to move piano at great cost due to holiday weekend (labor day) and had to wait for them to come to old house and load piano before going to new home. Movers had to wait at new home as a result, I was charged even though not my fault. Was promised a call after the holiday weekend to adjust my bill and one never came. Called the office met with same insincere responses. Will NEVER use again, will NEVER recommend to anyone.

Well we had a problem getting my sofa through the door and had to use patio door through it it was tight fitting it and then it’s halfway out and started to pour rain and they were soaked but it’s done
