I only wish the movers would’ve had booties or laid down a runner where they walked. I also wish the office staff would’ve actually called with the balance amount they were putting on my credit card. Good experience though and got the price I would hire them again.

The office is unaware of the amount until the invoice with balance total, signed by you at the end of the job is turned in. They will then run your credit card if that is how you have chosen to pay. Mike was personable and extremely aware of what had to be done including getting extra assistance to move efficiently.
Javar was courteous and seemed to take direction from Mike well as he was not as experienced.
Ken was a blessing arriving after another job to assist us. Ken was extremely pleasant and very helpful. All three men took direction well as it was a long day moving up and down stairs in both places.
After so many hours together you get to know these men and your company is better because of them! Happy Thanksgiving! Nancy

The movers that arrived were not prepared to handle the desk that was being moved. You either needed to send stronger individuals or provide them with appropriate equipment. Two young guys that were not capable of carrying 500 lb. desk up a set of stairs was completely ludicrous. I thought for sure they were going to injure themselves or tear up my house. As it was they damaged my wall and fortunately the desk is well built or that would have been damaged as well. Your company needs to do a much better job of understanding what is being moved and where and provide your teams with appropriate equipment. Based on my experience I would not hire your company again.
