All I can say is WOW!!! The three gentlemen who came were on time (early) and EXTREMELY friendly. They couldn't so enough for us and when we asked for a few "new items" to be be moved within our home they did it with a smile and treated us more like friends than customers! The team was OUTSTANDING!!!!
This was a "small move"...our big move will be in the spring and we will not consider using anyone else but your company!

Our moving team was incredible. They took some of the stress away from having to move by being so accommodating and understanding. They went out of their way to make us feel appreciated. They were very friendly and after 7 long hours of tough moving, still made us feel like their most important customer they ever had!!

The 2 men moving us were ON TIME, COURTEOUS, WORKED NON STOP, PROFESSIONAL , they were just AWSOME!!

The team that moved me from my storage unit to my home on October 28 was wonderful. Unfortunately I found the the storage unit had been poorly packed by the team that moved it there in March. Boxes are crushed, paintings were packed improperly and the was so much wasted space that I did not need the 2nd storage unit I had to rent as a result of poor packing. If they got it all in the truck, It should have fit in the storage unit. I have already called the office about this and have received no response. I am disappointed. that this has not been resolved. I am looking to be reimbursed for the 2nd storage unit for the 7 months I had to rent it at a cost of $130 a month.

The mover's were helpful and polite and efficient the only thing my wife and I are disappointed with is some of the furniture was not placed properly mainly the bedroom dressers that my wife and I struggled to move into the correct position. We did have a walk-thru but did not notice it some how. Other than that we are pleased.
