Overall I was very happy with my moving team. I just wish they would had mentioned to me that a part of my ceiling above my staircase was damaged along with a piece of furniture. As for the office team, I had request an additional person to help me pack but they did not send anyone. I really needed the extra help as i was physically unable to do a lot of my own packing. I had expected this additional service because the company sent someone to my home to evaluate and adjust the quote, which was going to increase my total cost but I expected that and prepared for that, unfortunately I had to continue to pack with a broken foot and had surgery earlier that week. Yes it was a bad time for me to move, however, I had no choice I had to move because our new home had completed the construction,

From start to finish our move was great. The movers were knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. They didn’t waste any time and took great care of our things. I highly recommend.
