Great service and on time. They get the job done fast. Second time using them. The movers hit a picture on the wall and cracked the glass. They did apologize. Mover did fill out a form saying they cracked the glass. Have not heard from the company as yet on how to fix picture.

The two men that moved me were the best movers I have ever had. Keep them because people like them are hard to find.

The movers were excellent. My only issue was that I didn’t know only one truck load would be taken. If I knew that up front, I would have better prioritized items. Other than that, everything was great.

There were issues with movers loading items onto truck, their supervisor was always stating "We don't move that item, didn't the office tell you when you ordered the truck?". There was also one mover who had an awful disposition, was complaining about everything and used vulgar language. Also, movers were very opinionated about our possessions. I paid to have the floor covered at both locations, but the movers would place the floor covering at old and new house, I requested 5 rolls of the floor covering, but not a full one was used. Movers just placed in any room instead of what was marked on boxes. Rooms were block from entering because boxes and furniture was just misplaced in rooms, not allowing ingress to organize.

This was by for the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. They failed to take down the appropriate information on my move. The movers showed up with a truck not big enough and left at least 40% of the items that were supposed to be taken. I had to call in other help and pay other people to assist in the move. I keep hearing a different story from everyone on the team. You guys really need to work on your communication process because it can have severe negative effects on your clients. Also, my $800 recliner was taken apart to be moved and a piece of it was broken so now the chair (that isn't even paid off yet!) is not functioning. Aside from the above, the actual moving staff were extremely friendly and they were the only nice thing about Two Men and a Truck.
