Kaleb brings nonstop energy and a positive vibe to the team, fully embracing our core value Be Your Best and Have Fun. In April 2025, he was promoted to Operations Manager of our Norton Shores location — a well-deserved step forward for someone who leads by example. He loves working alongside a solid crew, making each day both productive and fun. Outside of work, Kaleb stays active coaching football and sharing his passion for the game. You might also recognize him from our latest recruiting commercials, where he proudly represents what it means to be part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family!

John, our General Manager for Norton Shores and Holland as of April 2024, has built an impressive journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. He began his career in May 2016 as a mover with the Ann Arbor, MI franchise while attending Eastern Michigan University full-time. During college, he stayed busy playing on the rugby team and working as both a Resident Advisor and Office Manager for the university’s housing department. In November 2019, John made the move to Fort Collins, CO, where he took on the role of Operations Manager and was soon promoted to General Manager. When the opportunity to return to his home state arose, he jumped at the chance—first leading the Grand Rapids South team and now bringing his experience and leadership to Norton Shores and Holland.

Morgan joined the Empire Franchise Group in 2021 and was promoted to Director of Marketing & Recruiting in 2022! She works with ten franchises across the country and loves the ability to travel to all of those locations. Her favorite Core Value is "Giving Back to the Community" and being able to see the impact TWO MEN AND A TRUCK makes on those in need!

After graduating in the summer of 2023, Claire joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as the Marketing Specialist for the West Michigan locations. She loves the ability to give back to the community & make a difference to those in need. When Claire isn't driving around town spreading the word about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, she enjoys hanging out with her friends & family, and reading!
