Focused on our Community

In support of the nationwide Movers for Moms® program, we partner with local companies and schools to collect essential care items for women staying at First Step Shelter of Wayne.   

In April 2018, we collected over 500 items for the shelter. Our collection partners included Livonia Little Tots, and Team Rehab Physical Therapy. Please let us know if your company would like to be a 2019 collection partner.

On Saturday, November 18, we held our Movers for Mutts donation campaign at Kroger's Canton store. Generous shoppers donated food and pet supplies which we delivered to the Michigan Human Society in Westland. All animals deserve to be cared for and loved!   

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® of Livonia is proud to partner with MCHS Family of Services, supporting their mission to serve children and families across our community. Over the past several years, we have donated countless moves to assist the families they serve. Most recently, we had the privilege of moving donated furniture for a young mother who grew up in the foster care system and had just purchased her first home, helping her get a fresh start in a space of her own. We have also transported 75 bicycles for their Christmas program to ensure children in need had gifts under the tree, and assisted with moving items to and from Ford Field for their annual gala. We are honored to continue growing this partnership and look forward to expanding our support in the year ahead.
