Jon, Mack and Dunkley were a great team! They were friendly and polite and very careful with our belongings! They also all got along with each other and worked very cooperatively. They made for a great experience! Highly recommended!!

My experience with your office staff was very poor. They didn’t follow through on anything I had to call and then they would not return my calls. I was told I would receive a call from someone to come out and give me an estimate on my cost. No one ever called to set that up. I was dreading moving day. If this is how they run their business.I am in trouble.
Moving day came and I must say I was presently surprised. Two very nice, courteous young men and their truck. They packed and handled everything with care. Steadily working at a constant pace up and down the stairs. They delivered my furniture two is new destination in a timely manner. Again up and down stairs. Never complaining and always courteous

We were scheduled for 8:15 in the morning and a driver called in sick. We were called and told it could be 11:00 before the movers could arrive but that we would be called back to let us know when they knew better when it might be. No one called. We called after 11 to ask when they would be coming and were told they did not know but would call us back. We called two more times and finally someone called us back. If the office staff tells a customer they are going to call them, they should call them. Poor customer service. The team did not show up until 1:30 but once they did show up, there were 6 of them and they were excellent. We were only charged for a crew of 2 which we appreciate because we had to drive a good distance to meet them and waited for 5 1/2 hours for them to arrive.

The guys were excellent. They were efficient, caring and had a great attitude. We were moving into an apartment on the 3rd floor of Liv Arbors - there was no way I was going to make this move myself or weigh on my friends. The boys (Bruce and Devin?) went right to work and brought everything up and placed items as instructed. We even took a minute to enjoy the view off the balcony. This experience was much better than the one I had in the afternoon as a local furniture company delivered a king size bed to the apartment. (they were a bit surly and did not complete the task as promised by the salesperson.) 2 thumbs up to 2 Men and a truck. Plan on another move in November as we go to our new house.

The guys were great. Polite, efficient, friendly, and got the job done quickly on short notice. We couldn't have done it without them.

Very impressed. Upon arrival each young man introduced himself and shook my hand. All were very respectful and hard working. Very seldom do you find a group of young men conduct themselves in this manner. Please let me know if there's ever anything I can do to help promote your business.

My moving men showed up on time, figured out what they needed to do and how, then went at it with a vengeance. Don't get me wrong, they were very careful with my things but stepped it up when they went back to get the next item. They did not slack off. I made them take water breaks because it was hot. I would surely use them again. No more moving nightmares!
