They were very helpful, courtesy and on time. My only concern was that they had planned another move after mine and I would have loved for them to have made another load. Instead I was forced to call upon my buddies to move the last 20% of stuff they weren't able to load. All and all I was very satisfied.

Joe and Bobby, was our first movers, that came to move furiture to our attached garage.
Bobby, CJN, Matt, were the second movers, needed our furniture returned to our house, after carpeting was installed. they all are rock stars, they were very careful, with our belongings.

One of the guys didn't feel well and said all the work was aggravating his pain. The other needed prompts about how to move all the boxes. They were very friendly and chatty which I had to keep reminding myself was costing ME $$$. They "got lost" between storage unit and my home which was THREE MINUTES away. They knocked off 15mins but we timed it and they took over 40mins to get from storage to my house. I have used this company 4x now and this move was def the most costly and the men were less, energetic? than ever before.

The day after our move I as going to call the office to say the two men were wonderful, great workers, so polite, after a 3 hour drive they set up our furniture and bed. We were so impressed with your service. A big thank you.

All three guys were very professional and courteous. Worked very hard. I brought lunch to them and u would have thought I bought them a new car. Would absolutely use them again.

There was a lot of underlying hostility in the crew towards each other and because they voiced frustration about the particular job. One articulations frustration for me was after the walk through in which I said repeatedly that everything was going they would come Back and ask, “Is this going” ? I was also frustrated when we arrived at the new house to be told that two of my beda could not be put back up because the bolts were stripped. This was untrue and my son in-law spent several hours the next day finding the proper bolts to reassemble the bed. The” stripped bolts” were not in the packing move so my assumption was that he simply did not want to assemble the beds. I explained this to the office staff and was promised a call back after the weekend, it never came.

Your team treated our items with more care than I would have cared for them myself. Bruce and Creighton worked very hard all day and were excellent and sensing the needs of the other (specifically as they rounded tight corners) and accommodated properly. All three of the men were courteous and found their role on the team, including CJ who was carrying lighter items, and was always aware of the people around him (our family) and their discussion. We will move again within the year and look forward to hiring Two Men and a Truck.

Movers were too slow, broke a floor lamp, tore and scratched a red leather chair, and I’ve lost 2 floor candle holders that were left on the truck.
