Our movers were Patrick, Devin, Korey and Logan...all were polite, pleasant, efficient, and highly satisfactory. We would recommend them for anyone needing moving services and will definitely use them again.

Overall it was a good experience. The driver forgot his tools and borrowed my bent screwdriver. The job took longer than expected and I have to think that a manual screwdriver instead of a portable drill contributed to the extra time. The driver should have the option to knock off 1/2 hour charge.

We moved from a 3 story condo to a 3 story house. I helped as much as possible and they had to be tired of climbing so many stairs lifting furniture. They provided great service, great attitudes, and had a fun sense of humor. I used your company in Boise and hopefully no more moves, but I will recommend your Co. if I hear of anyone moving in the TC area. Phil

The guys were on time, communicated their ETA, showed respect for us, our possessions, and took care when placing furnishings into new home.

I was a little disappointed that upon further inspection after they left we found that not all items that were suppose to be moved were taken.

We had a messy move with a lot of old stuff upstairs. The guys did a great job!

The only downside were; they arrived later than I wanted, closer to the end of the 2-hour window. This was not the fault of the driver, however, traffic was very heavy.

Oh God! We have used them when they only have one truck with the most beautiful “logo” and story on how they started business behind it! always a LIFE Two Men On A Truck really care of everything, from the customers, furniture, to rules and regulations. My second mother is very particular (84 year old she is great but very selective; she introduced me to them, now my husband helped her out, she wanted him to take a piece of heavy furniture, my husband carried a trailer, and asked the The Two Men On a Truck if they could help him and they say no, Not allowed to move furniture to a different place that is not in records according to the policies. I like it that way because we can trust Two Men On A Truck to do the right thing! God has blessed you and you have your calendar all full!

Crew moved furniture multiple times until we found just the right spot. Very helpful. We also had three large metal storage racks to move. They disassembled , packed, and then reassembled at our new home. This added feature was a huge plus.

Whereas I marked "acceptable" on a few of the questions - the true answer would be "acceptable to poor" ... the reasons for this would be a few problems that occurred during our move - # 1 - our baby grand piano is not currently play-able / the pedals were re-installed INcorrectly and all of the notes are on sustained sound, even when not depressing any pedal. # 2 - my husband saw a mover drop one of our kitchen chairs and the leg is bent so that all 4 castors will not set on the floor. # 3 - my 4 drawer metal file cabinet, nicely painted and in great shape, is now something of a mess with scratches, small gouges, and finish scraped off the handles. On the positive side, the men worked hard and were friendly enough, but I would rather my belongings had stayed in great shape.

Packers showed up and ran out of supplies so instead of having more supplies delivered to finish job they went home at 2:30 pm after starring at 9 am. Packing and loading truck of our belongings did not finish untill 7 pm, when we should have been down state unloading by then. I was charged an extra 800 bucks for thier poor estimating. The employees did their job fine it was all due to the office personnel screwing up.
