The three movers who helped us out went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the placement of all of our items. The were enjoyable to be around and worked a longer day than expected to get us moved.

1 of the 3 Men worked very hard. The driver folded blankets while we had boxes still on the truck. I personally moved boxes and furniture to get job done. Constantly asked if I was sure I wanted to claim property damage. Driver and one mover had verbal altercation which led to a switch in staff. They used inappropriate language during the altercation.
After I spoke to an office worker about these concerns there wasn't a proper email sent to the correct person but sent to my personal email. I still have not heard about my property claim that was submitted 2 weeks ago.
The team did beat the quote given but I feel they could have saved another hour of pay for me at the rate of 3 men working by cleaning their truck after the job was done. I was referred to use this company however I will no

Your company was able to schedule my small move within a couple days. The drivers were clean cut and very polite and helpful. I was worried because I had a few more pieces to add to the move after I called to set up the move and it was no problem at all. Would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!

The three men involved were prompt, efficient, and personable. When I need to move from storage to my home that is being renovated I will not only call you again, but I will request the same individuals. They did excellent work on a move that was not easy. From start to finish, they worked for 12 straight hours, including the 1 1/2 hour drive.

I particularly liked how patience the men were with me while I was trying to decide how I wanted my bedroom furniture placed.

Timely arrival, called when about ten minutes away. Worked hard, and I had some heavy pieces of furniture.Three very nice, polite, young men. I would definitely call Two Men and a Truck again, and recommend them.

My experience with your office staff was very poor. They didn’t follow through on anything I had to call and then they would not return my calls. I was told I would receive a call from someone to come out and give me an estimate on my cost. No one ever called to set that up. I was dreading moving day. If this is how they run their business.I am in trouble.
Moving day came and I must say I was presently surprised. Two very nice, courteous young men and their truck. They packed and handled everything with care. Steadily working at a constant pace up and down the stairs. They delivered my furniture two is new destination in a timely manner. Again up and down stairs. Never complaining and always courteous

We were scheduled for 8:15 in the morning and a driver called in sick. We were called and told it could be 11:00 before the movers could arrive but that we would be called back to let us know when they knew better when it might be. No one called. We called after 11 to ask when they would be coming and were told they did not know but would call us back. We called two more times and finally someone called us back. If the office staff tells a customer they are going to call them, they should call them. Poor customer service. The team did not show up until 1:30 but once they did show up, there were 6 of them and they were excellent. We were only charged for a crew of 2 which we appreciate because we had to drive a good distance to meet them and waited for 5 1/2 hours for them to arrive.
