Since my move was NEVER actually scheduled -- I was in the office on May 1st to schedule a June 28 move. The move became a rush job on June 27th, hours late and definitely NOT moved out. Took me and my kids 4 hours on July 2 to complete the move. I feel I am owned at least a refund, and further, I am making sure the no one uses this company. What a total nightmare!

Overall, the experience was good. The only negative comment I do have is regarding the pricing.
I was not aware that I was being charged from when the crew left the warehouse.
I was kind of looking for the lower end of the estimate I received, and it ended up on the high end and some more. That was a little disappointing. Our move was for about 17 miles distance. We did pretty much all the moving, leaving just the "big and bulky" furniture for the movers, trying to help ourselves with the pricing: didn't helped at all.
The crew was excellent. Very professional and friendly guys.
As I said: overall, good service.

Experience with all personnel was outstanding. Great attitudes. The only negative is that the company did not have the right kind of equipment to move a safe from and into a home, which made it very dangerous for the workers. Someone could have easily been badly injured!

The two men that did the moving were very pleasant, bright and hard working. They were prompt and concerned about doing the move properly. Communication skills were excellent. I would hire them again!
