Takeisha Sweet in the office was wonderful throughout booking! Polite, helpful, patient with me as I booked, and extremely detailed. The day of moving was easier than expected. They did the job quickly, and safely, with no problems, and zero disruption in a busy apartment complex filled with old folks. So polite, so hard working, I’m thrilled with how it went. All I can say is a HUGE THANK YOU!!!

My moving team was amazing. Great communication before, during, and after pick-up/delivery. They kept me very clear on the total cost. They were very strategic about the best way to pack; they packed my items with care and securely. They respected my floors, door frames, light fixtures - nothing was disturbed as they carried things through the house. They were kind and courteous the whole time!

The office personell is friendly and goes out of her way to make the schedule work as close to MY schedule as possible.I have used your service twice now to move my parents.
Once to bring them down from the UP and now to move them into an assisted living facility.
The movers themselves packed/unpacked quickly and carefully, they were super friendly and we had nothing dented, scratched, or broken!

This was a five star experience from the initial contact at the Traverse City office (Brittany) to the actual move (David and Landon). Brittany always responded quickly and had an answer. The move team was very careful, efficient, personable and got the job done to my complete satisfaction. I was amazed at their packing and wrapping skills. The cost was also reasonable. I highly recommend.
