Crew moved furniture multiple times until we found just the right spot. Very helpful. We also had three large metal storage racks to move. They disassembled , packed, and then reassembled at our new home. This added feature was a huge plus.

Whereas I marked "acceptable" on a few of the questions - the true answer would be "acceptable to poor" ... the reasons for this would be a few problems that occurred during our move - # 1 - our baby grand piano is not currently play-able / the pedals were re-installed INcorrectly and all of the notes are on sustained sound, even when not depressing any pedal. # 2 - my husband saw a mover drop one of our kitchen chairs and the leg is bent so that all 4 castors will not set on the floor. # 3 - my 4 drawer metal file cabinet, nicely painted and in great shape, is now something of a mess with scratches, small gouges, and finish scraped off the handles. On the positive side, the men worked hard and were friendly enough, but I would rather my belongings had stayed in great shape.

Packers showed up and ran out of supplies so instead of having more supplies delivered to finish job they went home at 2:30 pm after starring at 9 am. Packing and loading truck of our belongings did not finish untill 7 pm, when we should have been down state unloading by then. I was charged an extra 800 bucks for thier poor estimating. The employees did their job fine it was all due to the office personnel screwing up.

From the first contact to the end of the move, the Traverse City firm was top-notch! Our movers were very careful, good-natured, and patient. Our movers were on time, and finished an hour earlier than planned. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for a flawless and stress-free move!

I had a little trouble with returning unused boxes as I had to call several times. But someone did call me back after a few days. They came and picked up my boxes right away and gave me a prompt refund.

They worked hard and were a great asset to the team during the project.

I can't recall the gentlemen's names who helped with the move, but I think it was Toby and Devin. Both were incredible. I was very impressed with how fast and efficient they were and they worked very well as a team, both communicating on how to navigate rooms, stairs, etc.
Devin appeared to be the leader, and I must say that Devin needs to be in management. He was very professional in talking to us and kept the job moving along quickly and cleanly. Both men were impressive and far exceeded our expectations as this was the first time we ever hired a moving company.

Team arrived on time after calling ahead. They had plenty of blankets to wrap furniture and they were clean.Team was friendly and performed a great job with our belongings at both places. We will definitely use them again

The move went quicker than we thought and that saved us money. But the movers didn't seem entirely on top of what was going on. After they left I found two of my dining room chairs still sitting outside on the deck. The unloading in to storage was haphazard and not efficient at all. A desk was damaged in transit which was sad. Overall, the service was fine, but I'm not sure we would use the service again. Price seemed fair.
