The office personnel did not complete the paperwork accurately. When the mover asked me to sign & initial I pointed out the errors. He had to call the office to resolve the problem while on the clock which increased the price I was charged. In addition there was followup that was suppose to happen when they delivered the property and they failed to send the necessary paperwork. This was all agreed upon when arranging the move. I have spoken to the manager about my disappointment but it really fell upon a deaf ear. At this point I still do not have all of the information we agreed upon so it will require me to call them again. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Everyone from Courtney to the moving team did a really great job. They were accommodating even when one of the moves had to be adjusted due to not knowing the exact number of boxes etc. The guys were professional and even though it was hot and rainy, they did a fantastic job. We will use you again for all of our customer moves.

I tried to contact Two Men & A Truck for several weeks prior to our move. I left several messages at the Petoskey and Traverse City office . No one ever returned my call. I also filled out the form for a complete home move. No response. I hired another company to do the move. I needed packing boxes,Drive to the Petoskey office and hired the company to move the furniture out of the house we purchased. The movers were polite and did a great job. Two Men & A Truck missed a big move and opportunity. I have used the company from other locations down State numerous times. Sad that I never received a follow up email from the TC or Petoskey office. I did speak with a lady from the TC office, she said she would call me back. Did not happen. The young men that moved our items were excellent.

The driver on our day of move (I did not get his name) has an excellent attitude. He is strong, knows what he’s doing, is a hardworker. Very professional & polite. A pleasure to deal with. I believe “Alex” was with him that day & learning the in’s & outs. Also very polite & a hardworker.
Both are great assets to your company.

Devon and Zach were our movers. They provided excellent service during a complicated move that involved four different delivery stops. They were especially thoughtful about delivering items to my 89-year-old mother. I appreciated their courtesy, efficiency and skill at moving large items.

Everything went very smoothly, from making the moving appointment to moving in the last box. The men who moved me were excellent---clean, friendly, efficient and careful with all of my belongings. Wonderful!

The crew was promt and professional.Lots of enthusiasm and good attitude.

It took 2 guys and a trainee almost 5 hours to move 10 pieces of furniture and 2 rugs ---1 mile! very slow!

The three gentleman that moved me were rock stars! They were very careful with my stuff and very careful not to damage the house I was moving out of our moving in to. Extremely pleased with the move!
