The movers Chris, Patrick and a third person who's name I don't remember were all excellent for my move on 1-24-2018. Thanks again for being courteous, clean and efficient.

They were fast and punctual! Would have liked them to wipe off the wet boxes before storing and to pay attention to placing the heavy duty boxes on the bottom of stacks.

The guys were very prompt in arriving in the morning and did a quick assessment of the home and garage and got right to work. They were efficient and yet very careful with all belongings. They did an amazing job getting things moved out and moved back in and set up. There was not a single bump against a wall or any mishaps whatsoever. They did a great job and I was very please. We were done in just a few hours! Made the move very painless!

Only issue was poor communication with Petoskey office; got ahold of friendly helpful person on my first call, though was unable to get through the line afterwards, tried online and didn't hear back on that, and it wasn't until I called the Traverse City office that I was able to speak with another friendly helpful person to make arrangements.

We had very short notice that we had to move out of house they were very helpful in getting it set up and done. Unfortunately our home burned to the ground the night they moved our furniture out. Fortunately they had moved our furniture out. Thank you

Chris, Devon and Greg arrived as scheduled. The driver, Chris, was business like and did not make me feel like I had to worry about staying within the one-hour timeframe I was counting on. They wasted not one minute while not appearing to be in a reckless hurry. At the dropoff site they were equally friendly and businesslike and positive. Very capable and able to handle minor hiccups with professional ease. A perfect experience.
