We were very satisfied with the service. The office was a bit slow in getting back to us with the bid, etc., but other than that we were very happy.

I was just blown away by how efficient the movers were with their time, and how they cared for my personal belongings. Our experience with Traverse City Two Men And A Truck was flawless. I went online and used the website to list items we were moving, called the office and spoke with Courtney about possible dates. She emailed me an estimate. When the moving date was set, I called back about two weeks in advance and we were able to get the exact date and time we were hoping for. The men called and let us know they were 10 minutes away. Neither one of them complained or spoke negatively when they discovered a low-hanging utility wire that prevented them from driving the truck closer to the house. They efficiently wrapped and moved all of the furniture out of the house and into the apartment. Nothing they moved was damaged and they were careful about the walls and doorways. We will use them again!
