I was disappointed because I was quoted and hourly rate for two men and then three men showed. So my hourly rate went up with no warning. The movers could not get all my stuff on their truck and I was going to be charged an extra charge for the extra delivery. Ultimately I was not charged. This is our 5th move with 2 Men and a Truck. Andy was an EXCELLENT team lead…friendly, patient, professional, kept the rest of the team on track while also explaining/training as they progressed through our move. Moved everything with care and attention to detail…padding/wrapping furniture and other items as needed and placed in new home wherever we asked. Super team, thank you, Andy! A+++++

Very happy with the crew who packed my truck. Very concientious, friendly, and efficient. They were also flexible and easy to work with. I have used Two Men and a Truck in other cities but none were as easy to work with as the Traverse City crew.
