The movers did an outstanding job in grueling heat. They received back up at the destination, I feel that is was poor management to send only two men out from the beginning in that heat.

Unacceptable preparation - I could have more prepared asking kids and a truck to show up. Property was damaged due to lack of proper moving supplies. 4 days to report drama ages in unrealistic. Broken computer that fell off an “appliance dolly” instead of a box dolly. Shelf /stand never got off the truck. Poor service - showed up on time but Pope service

Awesome awesome awesome is all I can say wonderful guys very courteous. They were Beyond respectful with the furniture and the moving they were quick and careful I will recommend your company to anyone that needs to be moved!

Our Movers were great! It was a terribly hot day and they handled it well. Super nice and referred to me by name when asking questions. Great personal touch, felt like family was helping us move. Thanks

Appointment: I originally scheduled an appointment for the morning of 6/21. I called back an hour later to reschedule to the afternoon of 6/28. The office staff, while helpful and pleasant, canceled my 6/28 appointment and moved it back to 6/21. By the time the error was noted, the afternoon of 6/28 was not available, leaving only 6/29 in the afternoon.
Timeliness: The scheduled appointment for 6/29 was for 2 pm. I was then told it would be between 2 and 5 pm. The movers arrived at 5 pm and did not complete until 9:30, causing our company to pay unexpected overtime.
Damage: The moving team was professional and polite. However, the overhead cabinet units for both desks moved were damaged due to apparent carelessness. Very disappointing.

The movers were very nice, but the 3 people who came were very determined to make the move quickly (which I appreciated) until I saw how they treated my furniture and the care they didn't take around corners, wreath on the front door, scuffs on the banister, etc. I let them know I appreciated how quickly they worked and how they saved me time and money, but that I would have preferred they take a little better care of the furniture and walls. One of my dressers wasn't strapped appropriately in the truck and it was dented. The person in charge was very kind, took pictures and told me that someone would call me in either the same day or the next day to discuss repair. It has been 11 days and I haven't heard anything. I called on day 10 and was told someone would call me back and never did.

Two and a half hours late. The movers apologized but I never received a call from the office. Moving was not complete until almost 10 at night. Obviously they overbooked which is completely unacceptable. The movers were kind and apologized profusely and didn’t charge me full price which I appreciated. I was fuming when they got there and it wasn’t their fault. I will never use them again.
