Overall very pleased. The issues I had was sending a truck WITHOUT A PROFESSIONAL DOLLIE and the fact that the workers mentioned to me that USUALLY someone from the company comes and does inventory to make sure of time, size of truck, man powere, and price. Made for much stress and a very long day for ALL.

Pleasure to have Neal and Josh move treadmill from garage to basement! Took excellent care of my home, my moldings my stair treads and the Treadmill itself. Only a little bit of hesitation to reassemble but that was quickly resolved when they realized I had my 30-year-old son ( who was the one who had disassembled the treadmill) right here and ready to help them reassemble if needed. Very pleasant very knowledgeable I will definitely call two men and a truck of Livonia. Will ask for Neil and Josh but they assured me that all the employees are just as excellent
