I was told that movers were able to mount television sets ans that they were able to pull furniture apart (bed frame, dresser). They struggled with getting the bedroom pieces apart which took a lot of extra time (3 hours over the estimated time) and they were not able to mount television sets (would is fine had I not been told they do). I ended up paying double the amount I was told and didn't get all the services I was told I would be getting.

Jeremy very responsive and helpful in scheduling the job. Victor and Carrington right on time, took care in wrapping everything and loading to the the truck. Victor let us know exactly what was going to happen as the move required multiple stops. All very friendly and courteous!

I would have given excellent on the movers, except for one mover that was careless, seemed disinterested and the other two movers had to keep making repairs on his errors. My Mover's Mariuan and K'ion were excellent. They were hard workers and very professional. However I would not want River again.
