I was very impressed with Lori who helped me schedule everything for my move. She was very helpful, courteous, and provided excellent customer service overall. The movers seemed very friendly and remained professional, however it appears that they were not careful with our furniture. The dresser from the bedroom is busted on the bottom right, there is a gouge on the side of the nightstand that needs to be repainted, and the kitchen chairs and adirondack chairs are scuffed up and missing paint from being stacked on top of each other. Although the customer service from Lori and the movers was great, Two Men and a Truck did not impress me with their care for my belongings. I am unsure if I would use your company in the future or recommend it to friends/family.

I wouldn’t use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
The 2 men were very slow to prolong the time more and charge you more. We had just 2 bedrooms and boxes and I get charged $1000 for a 17 miles distance.
I paid extra to cover my mattress and they didn’t provide what they promise.
They suppose to come between 11am-1pm. They show up at 2:15pm
When I called they told me they will take care of the assembly and reassembly and they didn’t do it for me.
I’m so disappointed.

The packing job into the storage has one big mistakes (if more I don’t know yet). However that one mistake is causing a very large inconvenience. A saw that could have easily gone in the middle or front was placed in the very back bottom left corner. Now we need to move everything out and back in. I, along with others, do not understand why experienced movers would have done that. Why did I pay them if I have to take everything out again and put it back? A man has tried to get it also asked why they did that. People are commenting that two men is supposed to be reputable, why in the world would they have packed the saw back there. Will you guys come take care of this for free? We also have a very hard time believing the weight. Apparently the movers didn’t turn in the weigh slip though.

Was very disappointed that they got their truck stuck on my property and destroyed my lawn getting it out. HUGE tracks and tore up grass. Not even an apology or any attempt to repair the lawn. Thanks a lot! I didn’t bother to call as I signed off the paper work before this happened and don’t feel like fighting with you to make it right.

The movers were great. The office staff was horrible. I left several messages, did not get a return phone call. The person I spoke to first did not set up a profile for me, and the second office person I spoke with was very rude. Also I inquired about scheduling an appointment for a Thursday or a Friday. I was quoted one price, and did not find out until I called again that the price went up for Friday. That was not right. I will shop around the next time I need movers for these reasons.

The office could have better explained costs and overage. The office staff did little to get my business. I own a business and would never run my business this way. I emailed my stuff in, no call or no return email. I had to call 3 times to get a hold of them. You office has a lot of work to do.
NOW on to the movers, Understand I own a business ( Automotive service). The 2 guys where on time, called, hard working and did an excellent job. I watched Josh actually jog most of the day. now that is hustle. I forget the other movers name, But he was beyond awesome ( great guy). NON-stop hustle. Great care and concern went into their job. These 2 ( the movers) would be hired by me if they where in my field of business.

The 2 guys was taking way too long to get the work done,didn’t have the proper tools to take the frig door off, the one guy had to be told several times by the other guy what to do. Matters worst they took Aoart my couch and didn’t put it back together leaving the acres etc. unknown as well ya took aoart my granite dining room table and again we don’t have a clue where to locate them. I’d never recommend

Note- I clicked on excellent for all the first category of questions, but two failed to register. Your excellent team meet all our expectations with speed and efficiency. Very, very well done, coordinated and directed with much hustle and no inefficiency. Unfortuneately one piece of furniture was slightly damaged but I do not think it was the fault of your movers. Great group of hard working young men!

They broke my expensive lamp. Chip my office desk, put the king mattress in wrong, put furniture in wrong place later my daughter and I moved. HORRIBLE

I was very pleased with Two Men and a Truck. The movers, Carter and Damain, came early and the move was less time then I thought. They were very quick and seemed to work well together.
