The office team was wonderful, pleasant and accommodating as well as knowledgeable. The moving team was over the top excellent. Their job with us was scheduled for 1pm. They called to try to do earlier because their first job finished early. They took great care with the packing and disassembly of everything. They had to move my family from a second floor assisted living facility using elevators used by disabled and seniors which delayed their progress however they were patient, understanding and pleasant. They unloaded everything and knew where everything came from and where it went in the new place. They again took great care with the unpacking and assembly. These guys were so sweet and kind and careful. I cannot say enough good things about this moving team. They were awesome!

I would request the exact same team for my next move. They were hard-working & efficient, which saved me money, as well as fun & friendly. And boy could they pack a truck & a storage unit!!

Two men and a truck made my move so easy. My sister and niece had both used them to move and had a great experience had very heavy furniture and they took good care with the padding and shrink wrapping to protect it.I would recommend and will use them again great crew!

Movers were careful

I was NOT pleased that our scheduled service of 9 am was rescheduled TWICE in the same day - first 2 pm and then 4 pm. This is a reflection on the scheduling staff, NOT the actual movers. I did appreciate that monetary adjustments that were offered because of the conflicting 'overbooking' that caused these time changes. The actual movers, however, were fantastic! Victor and his crew were very courteous, always polite and did a great job! The only thing I didn't appreciate was the pants hanging half of their butts. I'd appreciate more professionalism in that regards. They should ALL wear belts and have them at their waists.

I had nothing but a great experience, from the time I set up service, to follow up after the move. I had to reschedule my move a coup,e times because of unforeseen problems and was never given any grief or problem with the changes. The day of the move, Nick and Andy were GREAT. They were informative and courteous. Thank you again for the great service.

I didn’t actually need the truck just the guys to move our furniture out of the house to redo the hardwood floors. It would have been nice to have the option of just movers to save some money. The guys were great and very careful.
