The guys were great and upbeat, which made it a little fun. I COULD NEVER HAVE MOVED EVERYTHING I OWN IN ONE DAY! They were all hard workers!

Movers were slow low energy difficulty making decisions about what and how to move some items were rough going down a few small steps I could here my glass items banging inside the boxes as the went down steps, this was a ranch so there were only a few porch steps. Should have been a quick easy move no stairs, no basement, no appliances no couches several times movers were back in bedrm on the phone and elsewhere on personal calls and texting took these 3 guys over 3 hours to load up. Forgot several things I specifically asked them to make sure they got. Haven't unpacked everything yet so I don't know if everything made it unbroken. Also bumped several pieces of furniture as they were being removed from the house. Thank goodness a supervisor and his assistant came by things improved.

Victor, Bruiser (and Zack who appeared to be training) were a great team - organized, professional, personable. They worked with skill and cooperatively, at a steady pace, without drama or disagreements.They took excellent care of my belongings. You are lucky to have them on your team and I would recommend them, and your service, without hesitation.

Both of the boobers We're very professional and efficient during loading and unloading. Nice to see that they had personalities that made the whole day easier.

Chelsea was great to work with on the phone, very informative and helpful, and Victor, the crew leader was courteous and professional. His team did a nice job and treated my belongings with respect and care.

My overall experience after the guys arrived was great. However, I was given a time frame of arrival which was incorrect which caused me to wait over and hour more than expected. Plus, the truck was another 45 minutes late. Had I been given the correct estimated time of arrival up front I could have planned my day much better. I called to find out the scheduler provided an incorrect time of arrival and was only told they were sorry and to have a wonderful rest of my day. I don't believe they cared at all that I was inconvenienced.

Our move didn't start out well due to the job before ours took much longer then expected and this delayed our start time. I called the office and was reassured a team would be coming. Once the movers arrived it went very well. I was amazed how well the furniture was wrapped. I was worried about the walls and floors especially the basement stairway walls but all was taken well cared of like they lived there. The men were very nice and worked hard as a team.
