Overall, happy. Although the cost ended up being substantially more than first quoted, the real issue was payment. Our movers' tablet was "out of juice" so they were supposed to call the next day for phone payment. I gave them my number, but instead my niece's credit card was just charged without our consent. (She had put the deposit down for me with the understanding that I would pay it ALL, including the deposit, at the move.

My experience overall with Two Men and a Truck was very good. I did not get a confirmation call before my move so I had to call the corporate phone line which was a bit of a hassle. Victor and T were a delight when moving me. They handled all of my items with great care. They were also very happy to put my furniture where I wanted it at my new house. They even put my bed back together. Shawn did damage an art piece that I had, but I ended up gluing it back together. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who was moving.

I can’t say enough about my experience. Julianne was very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. I called on short notice and was able to schedule my move on the day I wanted.

The team did an outstanding job, from the office to the movers. Top notch company!

Mostly I was happy with the services. The office staff responded quickly to emails and the help was very appreciated. What was frustrating was that one of the movers showed up with 2 knee braces and commented on his knee problems. He could not go up and down the stairs like the other mover could. This made the moving process very inefficient and when you're paying in 15-minute intervals, efficiency is important!

Being alone, I needed a moving company with a good reputation for moving my belongings. I saw online several posts of previous 2 Men and a Truck customers and decided your company was the one I needed. Thanks again! And I will be a return customer.

Mover did not pad or shrink wrap any of my furniture or pictures and they left dirty hand prints on my white wood furniture. I also feel that the price was too high for the few pieces of furniture they had to move and no boxes at all and the short distance they had to drive.
