Both the office team and the movers were competent, professional and thorough as this company always has been. Please just make sure you remind people on the phone prior to the move that you cannot move food products packed in boxes as I missed this in the email and forgot and was a little stressed on moving day when I was reminded. Thank you!

Mitch and Austin were great! Very thorough on packing the truck so things didn't break, and were kind and understanding when we had questions. It was a long day, but they kept their spirits high and made our move easy and efficient!

When I scheduled the move I said they needed a cart to go from my apt down a long hallway to elevator. Receptionist stated that movers always have this equipment but they did not. Otherwise the guys were great.

Good morning!
My moving team was William, Israel and Xavier. They were incredibly efficient, very personable, and had great banter with each other. It was obvious they respect and appreciate each other along with their customer. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MY TEAM! If I could give them 10 stars each I would.

Carter and Michael were obviously experienced. They handled our furniture with care, kept moving all the time - even physically running into the truck a few times to unload another item - trying to help us reduce hours and costs. They both wore masks per our request (due to my autoimmune issue) and covered both their mouth and nose. We would definitely hire them again as a team!

It was a huge inconvenience by the truck not arriving as scheduled. We were told you had a meeting and that’s why they were so late. Also, not assembling all of the furniture. My Cable guy helped me. Many items not loaded in the truck. We paid for 2 TVs and neither were delivered. The guys were courteous and worked hard and fast. Took extra care with my marble table that is very heavy.
