From the initial call to the final nloading of the truck - service was top rate from everyone! The movers showed great care with handling all items - were very friendly & helped make a stressful process more manageable with their smiles & good humor!! Office was very prompt & friendly when returning calls. Your organization & employees are top notch & I would recommend to everyone!!

I wish that I wrote the movers names down. They were amazing in that they were efficient, reassuring, and polite. And Jessie in the office was able to answer all my questions to finalize the contract.

They just moved some furniture for me but couldn’t have been a better experience.

When planning the move with Cory he told me the weight limit four items on the truck was 13000 lbs which meant nothing to me but I knew that was more far more than my property so I thought nothing of it. Never once was there a mention of a 3500 lb weight limit and penalties and additional cost which in this case was $600 more than the original estimate. Same move cost $640 across town last move.

Intake person I assume was new, he was not confident in responding to my questions which led me to call the day of move to ensure someone was coming. The quick response put my mind at ease. The online system is amazing. The team who moved were both very friendly and professional. They moved fast and handled my stuff with care. I will only use this company and recommend to friends !

I had the best service with Isaac and Sebastian as my moving team! They were so efficient and I knew I could trust them with my stuff. They communicated well throughout the process and were so kind. I am very grateful for how easy they made the whole process!

Andrew, John and Dante worked so hard on Friday night to move my furniture. I also found out that my move was their fourth move of the day! So impressed with the strength & endurance they each had and also their friendly demeanor.

I am however disappointed in the office staff. There was some damage done to the vinyl floor in the townhouse I was moving from. Still waiting for a call back on that.

The fact that I ended up paying roughly 500 to 700 over the amount I was quoted -for a job that should’ve been done by at least four people that 2 poor workers who you probably pay 16/hr. for 12.5 hours means that you pocket roughly 1550 dollars while they slave in the heat -then you have the audacity to tell me that you could’ve charged me an extra $120. BAD business practices on EVERY LEVEL
