The only downside to the entire moving experience was getting close to 20 emails asking for signatures and payments. I understand this is due to your new accounting system but it's something you probably want to improve upon...but that was minor compared to all the excellent service, so THANK YOU!

The guys were all willing to answer questions with patience and made us feel like they were helping their own family through the moving process.
