They did a good job other than I have scratches on one of my oak cabinets, which I did not notice until later, am not happy with this. I will use 2. Men again only not the Saturday group. My experience with them was not what I expected.

They damaged our apartment and we called twice for repairs 2 months ago. they have never called us back.

All was good except for one damaged table. I'm still waiting to hear back on what the plan is for getting this fixed. -

The movers were courteous and competent; however, they left my tv behind without letting me know they were doing so; later they said it wouldn’t fit in the truck. It wasn’t a large tv. The sticky wrap they use removed some paint/stain from a furniture piece.

in to much of a hurry. came early, left before the job was done. gouged a just painted wall and damaged an antiquate. We found uot that you let go one of the movers that day. Not your best day on thes move

Our movers were rude and slow. They were agitated when they said the office misinformed them about the # of items in storage. With the exception of when a spot check was performed and two other employees visited, they moved very slowly throughout the day. They put a dent in our downstairs drywall with a small freezer by not paying attention. They were rude and often didn’t take direction to speed up the process, such as repositioning the vehicle and dropping the walk ramp at storage. Several times they were found chatting in the truck with at least one person stagnant. It took more than two hours longer than moving into storage, and we had two more family members helping this time. We are past customers, but unfortunately will not recommend Two Men and a Truck based on this experience.

Our $2500 leather chair was ruined and our walls and other property was damaged. The chair damage occurred because the guys were exhausted (had no lunch and no water) and said more than once that they just wanted to go home. They fumbled with the chair in a doorway and it was not wrapped (they had removed the covering). They ruined two walls because they didn't follow our suggestion that the drawers should be removed from a solid wood dresser that is inordinately heavy. We are deeply disappointed with what happened. All the damage could have been avoided with common sense.

I used you two times prior. I was so happy not one scratch, dent. Good hard workers!
This time movers weren’t strong enough! So much damaged. Still seeing more damages to my beautiful furniture. Makes me sick. So disappointed hired professional so I didn’t have to worry or stress. Not my experience this time. Very disappointed!

Lot's of damage. Otherwise would have been all excellent.

Overall things were great, however -

Our property and our new house was damaged pretty severely... still waiting to get it fixed, if it even can be. All of the furniture should have been wrapped, it would have prevented a lot of the damage.

Also, our move is not actually complete, because the truck was not big enough to fit everything from our apartment. So we are having to pay extra to rent a uhaul for the remaining items... we would have paid for more time for everything to be moved, but it didn’t seem like a priority.

The movers were very nice and professional, and overall I’m thankful for the help with our move. But honestly, for the price we paid, I would have expected greater care to be taken of our furniture and our new home.
