Great service, the movers were really good and were very fast and professional. The technology they had to use had some issues though, the map program on their tablet was out of date to the point where they could not find my new apartment. They had to drive around for an additional 45 minutes or so because their navigation system kept sending them to weird places. I eventually talked them in to the destination, but I felt bad for them having to drive a huge truck in heavy traffic.

I was disappointed in the final price since they were here for just 15 min or so. Didn’t realize it was going to be hour plus time. That was not explained adequately for me. I was under the impression that it would be the hour including transportation time and then anything over an hour. They called about 25 min before arriving, were here 15-20 min, so thats 45 min by my math.

We're not done yet. This was stage one of our move. The crew and office staff couldn't have by nicer and more helpful. See you soon with stage two.

Andrew and Trey were AMAZING! It was a super cold day and they were friendly, professional, quick and didn't event complain about the cold. Andrew did an excellent job communicating with me and making sure my move went as smooth as possible.
