Cheyenne and Tito were wonderful and made sure everything was smoothly packed away in their truck. They were accommodating to what I needed to be packed away as well as where the big furniture should go.
The office team also helped tremendously by keeping the moving team up to date on every new inquiry I had. I had to come in and say thank you in person.

It seems photos from walk through quote were never relayed to the movers, because they arrived for a load-only job without a dolly. Luckily we had one from U-hual. Toward the end of the job the movers began rushing to get to another job because there were 3 furniture pieces that were not wrapped in felt pads which are now dented or scratched.
